• Order Details
• Please provide the Receiver’s Name, Delivery Date, and Preferred Delivery Time in the NOTES section on the Add to Cart page.
• If you’d like to include a message for the card, kindly write it in the NOTES section as well.

• Delivery & Confirmation
• We offer delivery within our available service areas. Please ensure that the recipient's address and contact details are correct.
• Our team will confirm the arrangement before dispatch to ensure it meets your expectations.
• If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, the flowers will be left with a receptionist, security, or neighbor (if applicable). Redelivery is not available.

• Customization Requests
• If you have specific requests for fillers, flowers, foliage, wrapping color, or ribbon color, please mention them in the NOTES section.
• While we do our best to accommodate preferences, some materials may be subject to availability.

• Flower & Arrangement Variation
• Due to the natural characteristics of flowers, bloom sizes, shapes, and colors may vary depending on the season and supply.
• In the event of supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute with flowers or materials of equal or greater value and quality without prior notice.
• The final arrangement may not be 100% identical to the sample photo, as each piece is handcrafted and unique.

• Product Photos & Final Results
• Photos shown are for reference purposes only. The final arrangement may differ slightly due to lighting, flower availability, and floral design techniques.
• We will always confirm the arrangement with you before sending it.

• Cancellations & Refunds
• Once an order is confirmed, cancellations may not be possible, as fresh flowers are perishable and arranged to order.
• Refunds or replacements are only available in cases of significant product issues or failed deliveries due to our mistake.
